Visinema Studios, in collaboration with Indonesia Kaya and Ciputra Artpreneur, proudly presents the 2025 Keluarga Cemara Musical Theater, running from June 20 to July 13, 2025, at Ciputra Artpreneur, Jakarta. Adapted from one of Indonesia’s most beloved and successful intellectual properties, the musical will be staged 30 times over nearly a full month.
Following last year’s tremendous success with over 30,000 attendees, this year’s production promises to be even more grand and emotionally resonant. With the theme #BackToFamily, the show will feature more vibrant choreography, refreshed stage design, and newly arranged musical compositions to deliver a warm and unforgettable experience.
Directed by Pasha Prakasa and produced by Cristian Imanuell, Billy Gamaliel, and Chriskevin Adefrid, the 2025 edition features a new cast portraying the iconic family characters of Abah and Emak, injecting new energy into the story. Audiences will be invited to relive heartfelt values of family, simplicity, and love.

Director Pasha Prakasa added that this year’s show would feature moving set designs to offer a fresh and immersive experience. He hopes the musical can serve as a catalyst for the development of Indonesia’s musical theater scene and a source of joy for families.
The show stars Taufan Purbo, Simhala Avadana, Andrea Miranda, and Galabby as Abah and Emak. Meanwhile, Amira Karin, Aisyah Fadhila, Fazka Bahanan, and Quinn Salman will portray Euis and Ara. In addition to the live performances, official music videos from the show’s soundtrack will be released. Last year’s musical won the AMI Award for Best Musical Album.
