Indramayu – AswinNews.com — A warm atmosphere of togetherness and solidarity marked the inauguration of the Secretariat Office of the Balongan Journalists Community (KJB), which was combined with a Halal Bihalal gathering under the theme “Strengthening Togetherness, Reinforcing Brotherhood” on Wednesday (June 10, 2026).
The event took place at Jalan Merah Delima II Block D1 No. 05, Balongan Pratama 05 Housing Complex, RT 20 RW 05, Tegalurung Village, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency. It was conducted smoothly, solemnly, and in a family-oriented atmosphere.
The ceremony was attended by members of the Balongan District Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimcam), Balongan Police Chief AKP Aep Dedi Wahyudi, Commander of Military District 1601/Indramayu Captain Kav Daniel Ronge, representatives from the Public Relations Division of RU VI Balongan, leaders of journalist organizations across Indramayu Regency, as well as all KJB administrators and members.
The inauguration of this secretariat office marks an important milestone for KJB in strengthening its organizational presence while enhancing the role of journalists as strategic partners in regional development. In addition to serving as a center for coordination and communication among members, the office is expected to become a place where professional, independent, and ethical journalistic works are created.
In his remarks, KJB Chairman Nurpad expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all invited guests for their attendance and support for the organization’s journey.
“We would like to thank all invited guests for being present today. We also apologize for any shortcomings in the arrangements or hospitality provided. Moving forward, KJB is ready to become the best partner for all related institutions, especially within Indramayu Regency,” said Nurpad.
