Abbas Billy Yachy from Buntet Pesantren Cirebon expressed his full support and high appreciation to the National Narcotics Agency of Cirebon City (BNNK Cirebon), Korem 063/Sunan Gunung Jati (SGJ), and DPD BAMAGNAS Ciko for their synergy in the 2026 program themed “Together We Build a Tolerant and Drug-Free Society” in the Cirebon City area.

The statement of support was delivered as a form of appreciation for the commitment of BNNK Cirebon in strengthening prevention efforts, education, and the eradication of narcotics abuse within the community.

KH. Abbas Billy Yachy, who is widely known as a national figure, Nusantara scholar, Singa NU, and Chairman of PP PWI LS, assessed that this cross-sector collaboration is a strategic step in maintaining social resilience, morality, and public security.

“The fight against drugs must be carried out together. When BNNK, the military, religious leaders, and community elements unite, a great force will emerge to save the younger generation from the dangers of narcotics,” he said.

He added that Cirebon City, as a city of saints and an area rich in cultural diversity, must continue to uphold the values of tolerance, unity, and public safety. According to him, anti-drug movements must also be accompanied by moral guidance and strengthening religious values.

The collaborative program carried out by BNNK Cirebon together with Korem 063/SGJ and DPD BAMAGNAS Ciko is considered a positive example of how synergy between institutions can create a social movement with real impact on society.
