Cirebon, September 15, 2025 — The Regional Leadership Council of the National Inter-Church Deliberation Board (DPD BAMAGNAS) of Cirebon facilitated a courtesy visit by a Combat Sport boxing promoter to the Commander of Military Resort Command (Korem) 063/Sunan Gunung Jati (SGJ), Colonel (Inf) Hista Soleh Harahap, S.IP., M.IP., M.Han.
The meeting aimed to explore potential collaboration in organizing a Combat Sport tournament, which is scheduled to take place in February 2026.
DPD BAMAGNAS Cirebon expressed full support for this collaborative initiative as part of strengthening cross-sector synergy and community relations. Meanwhile, Danrem 063/SGJ welcomed and appreciated the plan, considering it a positive activity for the younger generation.
“Such events are highly beneficial, not only for fostering sportsmanship and togetherness but also for enhancing Cirebon’s reputation as a host for major sporting events,” said the Danrem.
The upcoming Combat Sport tournament is expected to showcase talented athletes, provide entertainment for the public, and strengthen the spirit of sportsmanship in Cirebon and surrounding areas.
