Present at the ceremony were the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Purwakarta, Norman Nugraha, representing the Regent of Purwakarta, and various other important figures, including Danmen Sthira Yudha as the ceremony inspector, Dandim, Kapolres, Kajari, members of Forkopimda, and other invited guests.
