BNNK Cirebon, KOREM 063/SGJ, and BAMAGNAS Launch Tolerance & Anti-Drug Campaign at Multi-Faith Places of Worship

A cross-institutional collaboration between the National Narcotics Agency of Cirebon City (BNNK), KOREM 063/SGJ, and the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of BAMAGNAS Ciko has initiated a joint campaign promoting interfaith tolerance and a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.

The event took place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 11:30 AM WIB, featuring the installation of banners carrying messages of tolerance and anti-drug awareness at various multi-faith places of worship across Cirebon City. Campaign sites included:

GBI Kalvary

Adventist Church

Mawar Sharon Church (GMS)

Talang Temple

Kalijaga Hindu Temple

Chief of BNNK Cirebon, Commissioner of Police Tunggul Sinatrio, S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that this campaign reflects a genuine commitment among government, military, and interfaith communities to build a peaceful, healthy, and drug-free Cirebon.

At GBI Kalvary, the team was warmly welcomed by Pastor Anan S. and Mr. Santo, Vice Chairman of DPD BAMAGNAS Ciko. Both symbolically received and placed the banner in front of the church as a sign of their support for the movement.

Beyond symbolic gestures, this campaign serves as a collective effort to raise public awareness on the importance of interfaith harmony and the dangers of drug abuse, particularly among youth.
