Majalengka Regent Attends Unit Roll Call at Satpol-PP and Damkar Headquarters, Emphasizes 3 Points
MAJALENGKA-aswinnews.com – Unit Roll Call celebrating the 75th anniversary of Satpol-PP, the 63rd Satlinmas, and the 106th Damkar in 2025, at the Majalengka Regency level was held at the Satpol-PP and Damkar Command Headquarters of Majalengka Regency, Wednesday (23/04/25).
The Regent expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all members of Satpol-PP, Satlinmas and also Damkar Majalengka, for their dedication and loyalty that have been carried out so far. Not only that, the Regent hopes that in the future the quality of carrying out duties as State Servants and Community Servants can continue to improve, both in terms of service, competence and also professionalism in supporting their main duties and functions. “Satpol-PP is the front guard, the face of the local government is them, so they must be able to enforce the Regional Regulation. In working professionally, 3 indicators must be met, namely knowledge, skills, and attitude,” said Drs. H. Eman Suherman, M.M, Regent of Majalengka.
Rachmat Kartono, S.STP., M.Sc., Head of Satpol PP (Head of Civil Service Police Unit) of Majalengka Regency expressed his gratitude for the attention and support of the Regent of Majalengka towards Satpol-PP, Satlinmas and Damkar, who have equipped them with 3 main components including knowledge, skills and attitude.
“The attention from the Regent seeing the trainings at Satpol-PP, he really supports us and the performance of Damkar. Our hopes were also responded to very well by the honorable Regent, and once again we are committed to all wanting to create Majalengka Langkung SAE, a better Majalengka of course,” he said.
The Head of Satpol PP also conveyed that regarding the honorary employees of Satpol-PP and also Damkar, totaling 209 people, it is a problem that must be resolved.
“We hope that there will be a solution for our colleagues in Satpol-PP and Damkar, whether it is the ASN path of PNS or P3K, and we hope that the P3K is not a part-time P3K but full-time, because they have served even for decades,” he concluded.
