Halal Bihalal and Gathering of GAPEKSINDO Throughout West Java Collaborating with the Government
MAJALENGKA-aswinnews.com – The Halal Bihalal and Gathering of GAPEKSINDO Regions Throughout WEST JAVA was held on Wednesday, (23/04/2025), at the Sawah Aki Restaurant, Sindangkasih Village, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency.
The event was attended by HR Expert Staff (Dr. Agus Suratman, S.KM., M.Sc.), Head of the West Java Gapeksindo DPD (H. Ali Abudan, S.E), Head of the Majalengka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Habib Ali Ridho Alkaff), and invitees who attended from regencies/cities throughout West Java.
“We prepare the infrastructure, both human resources and our company’s formal legality according to the specifications needed by the government as a strategic partner of the government in development, that’s probably what we prepare to support collaboration with the government to oversee government policies,” said R. Hudzaifah Al Fatah, S.H.
He continued, I am in line with supporting the Regent’s policy, I accept the challenge as the host of the halal bihalal gathering of Gapeksindo West Java in Majalengka. In addition to fostering friendship, I also help the government’s program policy in exploring what Majalengka has, namely tourism, culinary, as well as exploring all that is in Majalengka to friends of the DDC Regency/City throughout West Java.
The Head of Gapeksindo West Java Province, H. Ali Abudan, S.E., said, we hope that with this halal bihalal there will be synergy between the Majalengka district administrators and their members with the government, harmony and building with the position of the construction being completed and it must not be unfinished, yes because the policy already has rules, there is a contract, everything is based on a contract, and I remind the administrators and members of Gapeksindo, if they carry out contract work, read it again properly.
“Because in the end, if there is a problem, what the court will see is the contract, because the contract is between both parties, between the entrepreneur and the official who makes the commitment,” said H. Ali.
