Riau Province BPKP Inspection, Teluk Papal Village Government Achieves Positive Assessment
BENGKALIS – ASWINNEWS.COM – Teluk Papal Village Government, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, has again recorded a proud achievement. In the inspection conducted by the Riau Province Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the management of village administration and finances was assessed positively. The entire planning process up to the preparation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) for the 2024 Fiscal Year was declared safe and had met the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
The inspection was not only carried out on paper, the BPKP team also conducted spot checks directly in the field on several priority village development programs. One of them is the Uninhabitable House (RTLH) rehabilitation program and cementing of environmental roads. The results of the review prove that all physical work that has been carried out meets the quality standards and technical specifications as planned.
Not only that, the food security program in Teluk Papal Village which is sourced from Bermasa funds is also a concern of the inspection team. The program includes assistance in the form of livestock goats to the community and the provision of fishing nets to fishermen. The entire aid distribution process has been carried out in accordance with the technical instructions (juknis) and mechanisms set by the government, so that it is considered right on target and has a positive impact on the village economy.

Akun, expressed his gratitude for the positive assessment results. “Alhamdulillah, thanks to solid teamwork and our commitment to maintaining transparency to the public, the results of the BPKP audit went well. Juniarto also emphasized that the Teluk Papal Village Government always prioritizes the principle of accountability in managing village funds, while still involving the community in every planning process until the implementation of development. “Transparency and openness to the community are principles that we continue to maintain, so that village development can truly be felt by all residents,” he added.
With these audit results, the Teluk Papal Village Government hopes that public trust can continue to be maintained. In addition, this village also wants to be an example of good, transparent, and accountable village financial management practices in the Riau Province Regency.
