“Improve Public Service, Purwakarta Regent Inauggurates 479 PPPK.”

PURWAKARTA – Aswinnews.com — Purwakarta Regent, Saepul Bahri Binzein, officially inaugurated 479 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the Pasangrahan Padjajaran Square on Friday, July 11, 2025.

The solemn inauguration ceremony was attended by the Regional Secretary (Sekda), the Secretary of the Purwakarta DPRD (Sekwan), the heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), and the inaugurated employees.

The inaugurated PPPK come from various fields, including 226 teachers, 61 health workers, and 192 technical staff. This inauguration marks a strategic step by the Purwakarta Regency Government in strengthening human resource capacity to improve the quality of public services.

In his speech, Purwakarta Regent, Saepul Bahri Binzein, emphasized the importance of dedication and professionalism in carrying out duties as civil servants. He hopes that the presence of these PPPK will make a significant contribution to improving the quality of services in various fields.

“Being a civil servant is an honor and a great responsibility. This inauguration is expected to improve public services in Purwakarta Regency,” said Saepul Bahri Binzein.

The Regent also reminded of the importance of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism in facing bureaucratic challenges and the dynamics of increasingly complex community needs. “Congratulations on your work, let’s work together to increase public trust in public services,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Purwakarta Regency Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM), Sri Jaya Midan, explained that this year’s PPPK formation has been adjusted to regional needs, especially to strengthen the education, health, and other technical sectors.

“With the inauguration of these 479 PPPK, it is hoped that all employees can immediately adapt and actively contribute to regional development and improving the quality of services to the people of Purwakarta. This inauguration is expected to be a momentum for improving performance and public services in Purwakarta Regency.”
