Inauguration of Badko HMI North Maluku to be Held on March 13, 2025

TERNATE, MALUT-ASWINNEWS.COM- The planned inauguration of the management of the Coordinating Board of the Islamic Students Association (HMI) North Maluku for the 2025-2026 period will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Bella International Hotel.

Alfiam M Hamzah, Chair of the Organizing Committee, revealed that the progress of the committee’s preparations so far has reached 70%, and hopes that the inauguration can run smoothly.

“The organizing committee carries the theme, HMI’s Middle Way for Greater Indonesia, at the inauguration,” he told the media aswinnews.com, Thursday, March 6, 2025.

Akbar Lakoda, the elected General Chairperson of Badko HMI North Maluku for the 2024-2026 period, also added that the Central Board of the Islamic Students Association (PB HMI) will also arrive in Ternate on March 12, 2025.

He hopes that the General Chairperson of PB HMI, Bagas Kurniawan, can also attend the inauguration.

Badko HMI North Maluku will continue to encourage the Provincial and Regency/City Governments to accelerate infrastructure and human resource development in all aspects.

“Badko will always exist to oversee policies and highlight socio-cultural problems that are rife in North Maluku, especially with the rampant mining and environmental pollution,” concluded Akbar.
