Haji Maskur Halil, serving as an International Correspondent of PT GGS (Global Garda Solution), conducted an interview session for prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI/TKW) on Sunday, December 21, 2025. The activity was held at Hotel Jayakarta, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
The interview was part of the selection and verification process for candidates who are planned to be deployed to work overseas. The session aimed to assess the candidates’ administrative readiness, communication skills, as well as their understanding of job responsibilities, work regulations, and employment conditions in the destination countries.
During the interview, Haji Maskur Halil emphasized the importance of honesty, discipline, and both mental and physical preparedness for all prospective migrant workers. He also provided explanations regarding workers’ rights and obligations, work systems, and the legal protection mechanisms that will be provided to them while working abroad through official and lawful recruitment procedures under PT GGS.
“This interview process is intended to ensure that prospective migrant workers are truly prepared, fully understand the procedures, and depart through safe and legal channels,” said Haji Maskur Halil during the event.
The interview session was conducted in an orderly, safe, and enthusiastic atmosphere. The participants expressed optimism that the process would open opportunities for decent employment overseas and contribute to improving the welfare of their families in the future.
