Resam Lapis Village Government Holds Internal Meeting, Focuses on Evaluation and Improving Work Discipline
BENGKALIS – ASWINNEWS. COM – The Resam Lapis Village Government, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, held an internal meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the village office meeting room. This meeting was led directly by the Acting Head of Resam Lapis Village, Muhammad Haris Pahlevi, and attended by all village officials.
The main agenda in the meeting was the evaluation of the performance of village officials, reaffirmation of discipline during working hours, and discussion of work plans that will be implemented in the near future. This meeting was also a follow-up to the roll call and visit of the Bantan Sub-district Head which took place on the same day.
In his direction, the Acting Village Head emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline and improving the quality of service to the community. He also reminded all village officials to work together in creating a professional and responsible work environment.
“We must use this momentum as a spur to improve performance and build public trust in village government services,” said Haris Pahlevi.
The meeting took place in a serious but open atmosphere, with each village apparatus given the opportunity to submit reports and obstacles in carrying out daily tasks.
This activity is expected to strengthen internal coordination and become the basis for improvements in better village governance in the future.
