Post-Implementation Development of 9 Regional PSUs
Jakarta-aswinnews.com- Nine regions have successfully implemented the Re-vote (PSU) on April 16 and 19, 2025. Two regions, namely Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi (PSU April 16, 2025) and Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan (PSU April 19, 2025) have even completed the recapitulation process at the district/city level and have published form D, namely the Regency/City Results on the Recapitulation Information System (Sirekap) application.
Meanwhile, six other regions, namely Serang Regency (Banten), Pasaman Regency (West Sumatra), Empat Lawang Regency (South Sumatra), Tasikmalaya Regency (West Java), Kutai Kartanegara Regency (East Kalimantan), North Gorontalo Regency (Gorontalo), and South Bengkulu Regency (Bengkulu) have completed the recapitulation to the sub-district level.
Parigi Moutong Regency, 818 TPS have all submitted C forms, TPS Results and 23 D. Sub-district Results forms to Sirekap. The completion of the recapitulation at the district/city level is also followed by the submission of D. District/City Results forms in Sirekap.
Of the 327,357 voters in Parigi Moutong Regency, 196,234 voters exercised their voting rights with a participation rate of 59.80%.
The same thing was also done by the PSU organizers in Banjarbaru City, where 403 TPS have all inputted C. TPS Results forms and 5 D. Sub-district Results forms into Sirekap. Including D. District/City Results forms. The number of voters in Parigi Moutong Regency reached 110,816 voters with a participation rate of 56.36%.
For other areas, Serang Regency has also completed sending 2,355 C. TPS Results forms and 29 D. Sub-district Results forms to Sirekap. The number of voters in Serang Regency reached 789,866 voters with a participation rate of 64.47%.
Furthermore, Pasaman Regency has sent 605 C. TPS Results and 12 D. Sub-district Results forms to Sirekap. The number of voters in Pasaman Regency reached 138,431 voters with a participation rate of 63.1%.
Then successively, North Gorontalo Regency has sent 245 C. TPS Results forms and 11 D. Sub-district Results forms to Sirekap, the number of voters in North Gorontalo Regency reached 74,368 voters with a participation rate of 80.11%.
Tasikmalaya Regency has also uploaded 2,847 C. TPS Results forms and 39 D. Sub-district Results forms. The number of voters in Tasikmalaya Regency reached 900,239 voters with a participation rate of 63.39%.
Three other regions, Empat Lawang Regency has sent 531 C. TPS Results forms and 10 D. Results forms to Sirekap, The number of voters in Empat Lawang Regency has reached 134,138 voters with a participation rate of 52%.
Bengkulu Selatan Regency has sent 330 C. TPS Results forms and 11 D. Sub-district Results forms to Sirekap.
The number of voters in Bengkulu Selatan Regency reached 93,600 voters with a participation rate of 73.66%.
Finally, Kutai Kartanegara Regency has sent 1,447 TPS forms and 19 D.Result forms to Sirekap. There is one sub-district in Kutai Kartanegara Regency that has not completed its recapitulation process. The number of voters in Kutai Kartanegara Regency reached 372,260 voters with a participation rate of 67%. Thus, overall, 19 regions have implemented PSU after the Constitutional Court’s decision, with 3 other regions remaining to implement PSU on May 24, 2025 and 2 regions on August 6, 2025.
