Majalengka Regent, Eman Suherman Releases Exports to Three Countries

MAJALENGKA, Aswinnews.com –
The Industry and Trade Sector in Majalengka Regency has become the largest contributor to Majalengka’s GRDP by becoming the first largest.

For this reason, the Majalengka Regency Government through the Trade and Industry Service (Disperdagin) is trying to become an IPSKA (Issuing Agency for Certificates of Origin), so that exports from Majalengka enter Majalengka’s PAD.

Head of the Trade and Industry Service (Disperdagin) of Majalengka Regency, Iding Solehudin said that with the issuance of Permendag No. 1495 of 2024, Majalengka Regency has become the 13th IPSKA in West Java and the 65th in Indonesia.

“There are several criteria that must be supported to realize IPSKA, namely export activities, exporter support, support from surrounding IPSKA, and readiness of human resources and facilities and infrastructure,” said Iding at the Launching of MADUE Export Training at the Yudha Building, Tuesday (22/04/2025).

According to Iding, the presence of SKA and DAB Services in Majalengka Regency is expected to improve the services that have been obtained at IPSKA in other regencies. The close distance is expected to cut time and improve the quality of service.

Meanwhile, the Regent of Majalengka, H. Eman Suherman appreciated the issuance of IPSA for Majalengka Regency.

“This will make a major contribution to Majalengka Regency’s income from the export sector which has not been included in PAD,” he said. (Aris)

The Regent also asked the relevant agencies to trace and ask companies in Majalengka Regency to issue NPWP according to the company’s domicile, so that the tax goes to Majalengka.

The exports released today are rattan crafts from CV Mandiri to the Netherlands, clothing from PT. Letex Garment exported to Canada and shoe exports from PT. Soetowen Ligung sent to the United States.
