Majalengka Police Chief Attends National Seminar on Protection of Children in Conflict with PCNU Majalengka
MAJALENGKA-Aswinnews.com – Together with the Tanfidziyah of the Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Branch Management of Majalengka Regency, Majalengka Police Chief AKBP Willy Andrian, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Majalengka Police, AKP Ari Rinaldo attended the National Seminar on Protection of Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH), which took place at the PCNU Building, Sukahaji District, Majalengka Regency, Wednesday (04/23/2025).
The National Seminar on Protection of Children in Conflict with the Law was attended by Members of KOMPOLNAS of the Republic of Indonesia, Gufron Mabruri, S.H.I, Chairperson of PC GP Ansor Majalengka Iwan Irwanto, Chairperson of LPBHNU Majalengka Regency Adv. Safrudin, S.H., M.H., C.Me, Head of LBH Ansor Majalengka Regency, Adv. Engkos Syarkosi, S.H.
In the National Seminar on Protection of ABH (Children in Conflict with the Law) in synergy between the Majalengka Police and the Nahdlatul Ulama Branch Management Board (PCNU) of Majalengka Regency, Family and Society for Restorative Justice.
On this occasion, the Majalengka Police Chief AKBP Willy Andrian expressed his appreciation for the strategic role of NU in the National Seminar on Protection of ABH, in addition to maintaining the unity of the people and social stability in the community.
“NU’s role is very strategic in strengthening the unity of the people and supporting the creation of a harmonious atmosphere in the community, especially in Majalengka Regency,” said the Police Chief.
This seminar activity is part of PCNU in synergy with the Majalengka Police and good cooperation with various parties, including religious leaders, to maintain security and order stability in the region, especially discussing the Protection of Children in Conflict with the Law.
Furthermore, this Seminar Activity is also a forum to strengthen cooperation between the police, religious leaders and the community in building a better legal system in Indonesia, especially in the Majalengka Regency area, so that a safe and conducive atmosphere is created. Meanwhile, the Head of Tanfidziyah PCNU Majalengka Regency Kyai H. Umar Sobur, M.Ag welcomed the presence of the Chief of Police, he said that NU and the police have the same responsibility in maintaining the security and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
“We all have a duty to maintain the NKRI, the difference is in place and region so that it requires solid coordination and synergy, especially in terms of Protection of Children in Conflict with the Law,” he said.
