Madina aswinnews.com The Mandailing Natal Regency Government (Pemkab Madina) held a dhikr and prayer with prospective 2024 hajj pilgrims at the Nur Alan Nur Aek Godang Grand Mosque, Panyabungan, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
On that occasion, Deputy Regent Atika Azmi Utammi advised the pilgrims to focus on worship and not get carried away playing social media. “So we leave a message, you can use social media, but don’t overdo it,” he said.
Deputy Regent Atika reminded that not everyone has the opportunity to perform the hajj pilgrimage. For that, he asked the pilgrims to make the most of this moment.
Deputy Regent Atika also prayed that the prospective hajj pilgrims would be given health so that they could carry out the stages of worship properly.
“Depart intact, return to the homeland also intact and we pray that your hajj pilgrimage will be accepted as a mabrur hajj and hajjah,” hoped the deputy regent.
For information, in the 2025 hajj season, there are 545 prospective hajj pilgrims from Madina and 10 officers who will depart for the Holy Land. The departure is divided into two flight groups (Kloter).
Kloter five consisting of 360 people will depart from Madina for the Hajj Dormitory in Medan on May 5, 2025. Meanwhile, 189 other pilgrims are included in Kloter 22 and will depart for the provincial capital on May 26, 2025.
