Polindra Software Engineering Study Program Achieves “Very Good” Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM
INDRAMAYU-ASWINNEWS.COM- Another brilliant achievement was made by the Indramayu State Polytechnic (Polindra) through the Software Engineering Study Program (RPL) which has successfully achieved accreditation with a “Very Good” rating from the Independent Informatics and Computer Accreditation Institute (LAM INFOKOM).
This achievement is stated in the LAM INFOKOM Accreditation Certificate with decision number 076/SK/LAM-INFOKOM/Ak/STr/IV/2025 issued on April 9, 2025. In the decision, LAM INFOKOM stated that the RPL Study Program at the Applied Undergraduate Program of the Indramayu State Polytechnic was declared to meet the requirements to obtain a “Very Good” accreditation rating.
This accreditation is valid for the next five years, starting from April 9, 2025 to April 9, 2030. This recognition shows that Polindra, especially the RPL Study Program, has succeeded in meeting various aspects of higher education quality, starting from study program governance, quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, to academic outputs and innovations produced.
Director of Indramayu State Polytechnic, Ir. Rofan Aziz, S.T., M.T., IPM., On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, told the media crew that he welcomed this achievement. According to him, the “Very Good” accreditation is the result of the hard work of the entire academic community who consistently maintain educational quality standards and make continuous improvements. “This ranking is not the end, but a new milestone to continue to improve the quality of our vocational education services so that they are always relevant to the needs of industry and society,” said Rofan Aziz
Chairperson of the Executive Board of LAM INFOKOM, Prof. Dra. Sri Hartati, M.Sc., Ph.D., signed the certificate as a form of official validation of the assessment results that have been carried out independently and objectively by the LAM INFOKOM assessor team. He said
Rofan Aziz added, This achievement is also expected to increase public trust in the quality of vocational higher education at Polindra, especially in the field of information technology. With the increasing need for experts in the field of software development, this accreditation is real evidence that graduates of the Polindra RPL Study Program have high competitiveness in the world of work.
