MERANTI – ASWINNEWS.COM – Meranti Islands Police Chief AKBP Aldi Alfa Faroqi, SH, SIK, MH led the inauguration and handover ceremony at the Meranti Police which took place at the Police Headquarters Yard, Jalan Raya Gogok Darussalam, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Tuesday (22/02/2025) morning. One of the important moments in this activity was the transfer of duties of First Inspector Yohn Mabel, S.Tr.K, S.I.K, M.H, who is now officially serving as Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Bengkalis Police.
First Inspector Yohn Mabel was previously known as a firm, professional, and highly dedicated Head of Criminal Investigation Unit while carrying out his duties at the Meranti Islands Police. His leadership in handling various prominent cases has received appreciation from the leadership and the community.
The Meranti Police Chief in his speech expressed his highest gratitude and appreciation to First Inspector Yohn Mabel for all the contributions he has made during his time on duty.
“I would like to thank First Inspector Yohn Mabel for his dedication and extraordinary performance so far. The duties and responsibilities at the Meranti Police have been carried out well. Congratulations on carrying out your new mandate at the Bengkalis Police,” said Senior Commissioner Aldi.
He also advised First Inspector Yohn Mabel to continue to maintain his integrity and spirit of devotion in carrying out his new mandate, considering that the challenges in the jurisdiction of the Bengkalis Police are also increasingly complex.
Meanwhile, the position of Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Meranti Islands Police is now filled by Senior Commissioner Roemin Putra, S.H, M.H who previously served as Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kandis Police, Siak Police.
The handover ceremony was also combined with the inauguration of Commissioner Ali Azar, S.Sos as Head of Human Resources of the Meranti Islands Police, and was also attended by the main officials and all personnel of the Meranti Police. The atmosphere was solemn and full of spirit of togetherness.
With this rotation, it is hoped that all officials who were inaugurated can bring new spirit and improve the quality of service to the community in the police institution.
