Embung Jangkar, Exotic Tourist Destination of Sindang Village, Indramayu

Carnita, the Head of Sindang Village (kuwu), who is usually called Encang, told Journalist aswinnews.com, Friday afternoon, April 18, 2025, that the purpose of building Embung Jangkar was solely to build his village into an attractive tourist village and be able to help empower the community towards an independent and prosperous society.
“With the presence of Embung Jangkar, utilizing existing natural resources and helping to develop the resources of the surrounding community in order to create a prosperous society and become an independent village that has a clear vision and mission in building an independent and advanced village,” said Encang, Kuwu of Sindang Village.
