Public Consultation Forum Holds Meeting on RPJMD 2025-2029 and RKPD 2026 of Indramayu Regency

Indramayu-aswinnews.com- Bappeda Litbang (Development Planning, Research and Development Agency) of Indramayu Regency held a Public Consultation Forum as part of the process of preparing the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2025–2029 and the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) 2026.

This strategic activity took place in the Bappeda Litbang Hall, Jl. Letnan Jenderal S. Parman No.15, Margadadi, Kec. Indramayu, Indramayu Regency, Thursday (17/04/2025) and was opened directly by the Regent of Indramayu, Lucky Hakim.

This forum was attended by all heads of departments throughout Indramayu Regency, 94 community organizations, and sub-district heads from various sub-districts in Indramayu. The presence of these stakeholders reflects the seriousness of the regional government in designing inclusive and aspirational development.

Head of Bappeda Litbang Indramayu, Dra. CH. Iin Indrayati, through the Head of Development Planning, Sukasa, said that this forum is an important stage in the process of compiling regional planning documents.

“The RPJMD document is a representation of the political promises of regional heads during the campaign. After being elected, these promises are stated in this document so that they can be realized for the community,” said Sukasa.

In this forum, Regent Lucky Hakim explained 17 points of development policy direction. Some of them include improving the agricultural sector, meeting irrigation needs, reducing poverty and unemployment rates, and strengthening other strategic sectors.

Sukasa also emphasized that this Public Consultation Forum is not just a formality, but a forum for aligning government plans and community aspirations.

“We hope that this planning document will truly be a foothold in realizing community welfare, improving public services, and optimizing the management of Indramayu’s natural resource potential,” he added.

With the involvement of various elements of society, the preparation of the RPJMD and RKPD is expected to be able to answer the real needs of the community and become a solid foundation for the development of Indramayu for the next five years.
