Purwakarta Regional Secretary Opens Socialization and Training of Inaproc Electronic Catalog Application Version 6.

PURWAKARTA-ASWINNEWS.COM — Purwakarta Regency Regional Secretary, Norman Nugraha, officially opened the socialization, facilitation, and training activities related to the General Management Plan (RUP) and implementation of the Inaproc Electronic Catalog Application Version 6.

The event, which was held at the SKB Purnawarman Building, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, was initiated by the Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit (UKPBJ) of the Purwakarta Regency Regional Secretariat.

According to the Regional Secretary, this activity aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the goods and services management process within the Purwakarta Regency Government.

“This is in line with efforts to optimize the management of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) which is transparent and accountable. The main focus of this activity is to provide understanding and training to procurement managers regarding the use of Inaproc Electronic Catalog Version 6,” said Norman.

Inaproc Electronic Catalog Version 6 is a digital system designed to simplify, accelerate and improve transparency in the management process. This system provides easy access to electronic catalogs, facilitates an integrated online auction process, and produces a comprehensive reporting system.

“Thus, inaproc version 6 is expected to improve accountability and minimize the potential for irregularities in the procurement process,” added Norman.

In his remarks, he also expressed his appreciation for the implementation of this activity, the Regional Secretary emphasized the importance of the role of effective and efficient procurement of goods and services in supporting the achievement of regional development goals.

Norman hopes that participants can utilize this training optimally to improve their competence and performance in managing the procurement of goods and services, especially in the use of Inaproc Electronic Catalog Version 6.

In addition, he also reiterated the importance of the principles of accountability and transparency in every stage of the procurement process. This is to ensure that the entire procurement process is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
