Posyandu ILP Mama Bantan Tua Village Serves All Life Cycles, Reviewed by Bantan Sub-district Head
BENGKALIS – ASWINEWS. COM — The Bantan Tua Village Government has again demonstrated its commitment to public health services through the “Mama Desa” Primary Service Integration (ILP) Posyandu activity which was held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. This activity targets the entire life cycle of the community, starting from Pregnant Women, Babies, Toddlers, Adolescents, Adults to the Elderly.
This Posyandu ILP activity is part of an effort to strengthen community-based health services. In its implementation, various types of examinations are carried out, such as screening for non-communicable diseases, including blood pressure checks, abdominal circumference, blood sugar checks, and health counseling provided directly by health workers. In addition, this activity is also combined with the provision of additional food (PMT) for toddlers to support children’s growth and nutrition.
The Head of Bantan Sub-district, Rafli Kurniawan, was also present and directly reviewed the progress of the activity. He expressed his appreciation for the initiative and seriousness of Bantan Tua Village in supporting the national health program.
“I really appreciate this ILP Posyandu activity. This is real proof that the village is able to be the front guard in maintaining the health of its citizens,” said Sub-district Head Rafli.
Also accompanying this activity was the Acting Head of Bantan Tua Village, Ners Harmidayanti, S.Kep, who also actively monitored and ensured that all services ran smoothly.
“This service is a form of our concern for public health. Hopefully, the community will be more aware of the importance of early detection and a healthy lifestyle,” said Mrs. Harmidayanti.
With routine activities like this, Bantan Tua Village is expected to continue to improve the health of the community and support the creation of a healthy, independent, and empowered village.
