Leading the Handover Ceremony, Purwakarta Police Chief Hopes New Officials Can Make Real Contributions to Support Work Programs.
PURWAKARTA-ASWINNEWS.COM – Job transfers were again carried out within the Purwakarta Police. The handover ceremony (Sertijab) was led directly by the Purwakarta Police Chief, AKBP Lilik Ardhiansyah, on Wednesday (4/16/2025).
In the transfer, the Head of Operations, previously held by Kompol Suparlan, was replaced by Kompol Erwan Dwiyanto, who previously served as the Head of the Pakat Kerma Sub-Division, BAG Kerma RO OPS, West Java Regional Police. Kompol Suparlan was transferred to the Karawang Police as the Head of Operations.
Then, the Head of Logistics, held by Kompol Subagyo, has now been replaced by Kompol Acep Hasbullah, who previously served as the Jalancagak Police Chief, Subang Police.
Then, the Cibatu Police Chief, previously held by Police Commissioner Feri Kurniawan, was replaced by Police Commissioner Udin Samosir, who previously served as Police Chief of Sukasari. Police Commissioner Feri Kurniawan now serves as the Bhayangkara Administration Supervisor for Human Resources at Purwakarta Police.
The Sukasari Police Chief is now held by Police Commissioner Ahmad Sodikin, who previously served as Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Purwakarta City Police.
While the Campaka Police Chief, held by Police Commissioner Asep Nugraha, was replaced by Police Commissioner Firman Budiarto, who previously served as Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Jatiluhur Police, Purwakarta Police.
For the Kiarapedes Police Chief, who was in West Java, IPTU Achmad, has now been replaced by IPDA Nopian Pirmansyah, who previously served as Head of Kamsel Satlantas Purwakarta Police.
The Purwakarta Police Chief, Police Commissioner Lilik ArArdhiansyah, said that his party hopes that the new officials can make a real contribution in supporting the work program of the Purwakarta Police.
“For new officials, immediately adapt to existing developments and can immediately implement programs that have been implemented by previous officials. Also, evaluate programs that are already running and must always be updated with the future situation, because the challenges of the task will never stop,” said Lilik, when met after leading the roll call.
The Police Chief emphasized, master the area and character of the community, and take innovative steps or breakthroughs to serve the community better, and maintain security and public order in the area.
“The key to the success of the task is understanding the characteristics of the area and building synergy with all stakeholders. The most important thing is to continue to improve services to the community so that they are of better quality and can be beneficial to the community,” said Lilik.
The Police Chief said that this handover of duties is part of the dynamic process in fostering the organization and operations of the Police.
“Through this process, the personnel concerned will obtain a wider scope of assignments and experience,” he said.
According to him, serving the community is not only in operations but also in staff functions.
“So don’t be discouraged, we must always be ready wherever assigned to any section and function as a place for us to serve to seek sustenance and become a field of worship for all of us,” explained the Chief of Police.
Lilik also gave appreciation to the old officials for their dedication while serving at the Purwakarta Police, including the role of the wives in supporting their husbands’ duties and the activities of the Purwakarta Branch Bhayangkari organization.
“Thank you to the old officials, for your dedication, innovation, and loyalty to the leadership and unit while serving at the Purwakarta Police. I express my gratitude to the old officials, may your good deeds be recorded as rewards by Allah SWT. Good luck in your new place,” said AKBP Lilik.
