Madina PMD Service Conducts Socialization of Non-Cash Transactions in Siabu District for Village Heads.
Madina- aswinnews.com – The Village Community Empowerment Service (PMD) of Mandailing Natal (Madina) Regency held a Socialization of Non-Cash Village Transactions to increase transparency and accountability in village financial management.
This activity took place at the Village Hall of the Siabu Sub-district Office, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal (Madina) Regency, Monday, 4/14/2025.
The socialization participants consisted of 40 Village Heads from three sub-districts, namely Naga Juang District and Bukit Malintang District and Siabu District.
This socialization aims to introduce and implement a non-cash transaction system in village financial management to make it more modern, efficient, and accountable. One of the initial steps in implementing a non-cash village apparatus salary payment system for 2025.
To provide a comprehensive understanding, this socialization presents speakers from the Madina PMD Service, Bank Sumut, Madina Cooperative Service and accompanied by the Siabu Sub-district Secretary.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Village Community Empowerment Service (PMD) I Mandailing Natal Irsal Pariadi who was attended by Anjur Brutu in this socialization emphasized that the implementation of Non-Cash Transactions provides various benefits for the village government which aims to increase transparency, because each transaction can be monitored in real-time and well documented and to prevent irregularities, by reducing the risk of budget leaks and misuse of village funds “he said.
He further said that it is to facilitate financial recording, because all transactions are directly recorded in the village financial system.
Where security is more guaranteed, by reducing the risk of loss or misuse of cash.
Through this socialization, it is hoped that all village heads in each village can gradually implement non-cash transactions in village financial management. PMD Mandailing Natal Regency will continue to provide assistance so that this system runs optimally and provides maximum benefits for the village government and the community.
Therefore, I hope that the village heads of the three sub-districts will also commit to encouraging digital transformation in village financial management in order to realize a more transparent and accountable village government system as expected.
