HIPPMI is Here To Be an Agent of Change in The World of Education
SURABAYA-ASWINEWS.COM- A talented young academic, Dr. Hardika Prayudi Styawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.M.( one of the Managerial Leadership of Quantum HRM International ) has a high fighting spirit and deserves appreciation.
He formed an organization or institution called the Indonesian Young Educators & Teachers Association (HIPPMI), with the aim of building superior and dignified human resources, as well as becoming an agent of change in the world of education.
In his statement, Dr. Hardika Prayudi Styawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.M. said that in the current era of globalization and digital transformation, the role of educators is not only as a transmitter of knowledge, but also as an agent of change who is able to influence the direction of national development. However, there are still many educators who work alone without the support of a strong community, sharing with each other, and strengthening each other.
“Therefore, a forum is needed that is able to unite the spirit, potential, and aspirations of young Indonesian educators,” he explained
Dr. Hardika Prayudi Styawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.M. emphasized that the Association of Young Indonesian Educators & Teachers (HIPPMI) is here as an answer to this need.
Dr. Hardika continued, HIPPMI will be an inclusive, cross-professional, and open collaborative space for all education practitioners such as Teachers, Lecturers, Trainers, Tutors, Ustadz / Ustadzah, and other education practitioners.
The purpose of establishing the Association of Young Indonesian Educators & Teachers (HIPPMI) is:
1. Building a network between young educators across professions and regions.
2. Providing a space for continuous education for the development of member competencies.
3. Becoming a forum for advocacy and aspirations of young educators regarding education policies.
4. Encouraging collaboration and innovation in the world of education.
5. Providing consultation services and sharing experiences between educators.

“Hopefully this will be a public open space for the generation of the Indonesian nation to improve their quality,” concluded Dr. Hardika.
