Halal Bihalal Syawalan 1446 H
CIREBON CITY-ASWINNEWS.COM- Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon once again held the Halal Bihalal Syawalan tradition as a form of cultural preservation as well as strengthening ties between indigenous communities. The event held after Eid al-Fitr 1446 H was still held solemnly, but felt different compared to previous years.
The residents of Jati and Wirasuta, who for the past five years have been known to be solid in attending the halal bihalal procession, this year were considered not to have shown their usual solidarity. The absence of several community leaders and the lack of coordination in dressing in traditional clothing and marching were highlighted by various groups.
Responding to this, the Head of the Halal Bihalal Committee of Keraton Kasepuhan, R. Taufik Maulana, stated that the palace still appreciates the presence of the community in any form.

Keraton Kasepuhan hopes that this tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation can continue to live and develop, while continuing to foster a sense of mutual respect, unity, and maintaining the cultural values that have become the identity of the Cirebon community.
