Fake Ketupat That Becomes a Problem in the Halal Bi Halal Event of Indonesian Aspirations

The fake ketupat was originally called lontong, because the wrapping was not made from young coconut leaves, but only wrapped in banana leaves. Even more fake if the ketupat is made with plastic wrap, like tempeh in urban areas that no longer make tempeh with banana leaves. Although in the villages there is also tempeh wrapped in waru leaves.

The difference is that the place made with banana leaves can be made up to 10 meters long, depending on the table where the tempeh is displayed when it is made. That is why tempeh made with banana leaf wrapping must be cut into short pieces so that it can be more easily transported to the market. Because how is it possible if a place that is 10 meters long can be hit to the market. The problem is, not only will it seem strange, but people can think that we are selling bamboo sticks which are indeed like that to be used as merchandise. Because bamboo sticks will be difficult then if cut into short pieces like when selling tempeh in the market.

So, winning the fake ketupat issue as promoted by Emak-emak Aspirasi Indonesia who have been famous as the perpetrators of actions and demonstrations against oppression and injustice towards the people, so the story is long. In fact, the problem is, only this year’s Eid has the fake ketupat issue become a topic of conversation. In fact, the fake diploma issue is already considered stale because there are already fake degrees that can be bought at a cheaper price. The level is even higher than a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Forestry. Because the original and higher degree can be bought at a cheaper price. It could be that the second degree is definitely cheaper because it has been sold at the flea market with other used goods.

Even some of those degrees seem to belong to me that have been thrown in the trash. So why should the fake ketupat issue be an issue, while not only false teeth are the desire of many people, there is a lot of counterfeit money circulating in our society. This means that when shopping we must be vigilant, maybe the money in our wallets is also all fake.

The problem is, if counterfeit goods are still considered to be in demand and valid like counterfeit money and fake diplomas, what is the problem that needs to be questioned? Because the problem is serious, if the money we buy is counterfeit and then caught red-handed by the seller who reports it to law enforcement because it is considered fraud, that is a disaster for us. Moreover, we get the money from our hard work amidst the threat of layoffs everywhere. Because our economy is not doing well. So is fake ketupat still so important to question?

The important thing is, as long as the curry opor or rendang is not fake too. Because when chewing such delicious food, it certainly won’t taste good if our false teeth are already quite old.
