Secretary of Sumedang DPRD Reveals the Importance of the Role of Journalists in Building Public Image

This statement was delivered at a press conference held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 regarding the miscommunication that occurred between journalists and the audience committee.

Asep Kurnia expressed his views at a press conference attended by a number of journalists and the committee.

On that occasion, he said that without the contribution of journalists, institutions such as the Sumedang DPRD would have difficulty introducing themselves to the public.

Asep Kurnia also revealed that there was a miscommunication between journalists and the audience committee which caused several problems in the implementation of the activity. According to him, this could have been avoided if communication between the parties was better established.
