Supporting Food Security, Yonif 762/VYS Task Force Utilizes Empty Land
TAMBRAW-ASWINNEWS.COM – In order to realize community food security, the RI-PNG Border Security Task Force for the Southwest Papua Region, Yonif 762/VYS Yembun Post utilized empty land as a food barn for residents of Metnayam Village, Yembun District, Tambraw Regency, Southwest Papua. Thursday (03/13/2025).
Danpos Yembun, Letda Inf Johanes Lukas explained that the activity was a form of concern and attention from the Yonif 762/VYS Task Force to the community by empowering empty land to plant vegetables including kale, spinach, long beans, eggplant, chilies and tomatoes.
