JAKARTA-ASWINNEWS.COM- Sad news has enveloped the Attorney General’s Office. The Head of the East Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, Imran, S.H., M.H., passed away on Friday (7/3) at around 00.45 WIB at Primaya Hospital, Bekasi City. The deceased had previously undergone treatment since Monday (3/3) due to declining health.
As a form of final respect, the deceased’s body was released in a formal manner at the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office. This procession was attended by the ranks of the Attorney General’s Office, colleagues, and family who were also grieving. After the release ceremony, the deceased’s body was taken in a procession to the Pondok Kelapa Public Cemetery (TPU), East Jakarta, to be buried.
Career Journey of the Deceased
Imran was born on November 15, 1969 and began his service in the legal world since March 1, 1994 as an administrative staff at the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office. His dedication led him to climb the career ladder that continued to increase, until he was finally appointed as a Functional Prosecutor at the Central Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office on March 1, 1999.
During his career, the deceased has held various strategic positions within the Prosecutor’s Office, including:
May 31, 2016: Head of the Directorate of Legal Counseling and Socialization, Definition of Legal Information, and Cooperation at the Maritime Security Agency.
March 2019: Head of the Sintang District Prosecutor’s Office.
February 8, 2021: Head of the Jombang District Prosecutor’s Office.
February 18, 2022: Head of the Restaurant with the Base of Supervision of Foreigners, Securing the Prosecutor’s Organizational Resources, and Securing Case Handling at the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia.
October 9, 2023: Head of the East Jakarta District Attorney’s Office with the final rank of Prosecutor Utama Pratama.
As a prosecutor, the deceased was known as a dedicated, firm figure who always upheld justice. Many parties feel a loss over his passing.
Leaving a Beloved Family
The deceased is survived by a wife, Mrs. Dewi Aisyahwati, and three children:
1. Ratna Indria Pratiwi (first child)
2. Muhammad Niel Irian Pratama (second child)
3. Muhammad Indi Raihan Prasetya (third child)
Deep sorrow is felt by his family, colleagues, and all Adhyaksa employees who have worked with him.

In the farewell ceremony, the ranks of the Prosecutor’s Office expressed their deep condolences and prayed that the deceased would get the best place in the sight of Allah SWT.
“Hopefully for his services, devotion, and efforts he will receive great rewards from God Almighty. To the family left behind, may they be given strength and fortitude in facing this trial,” said the representative of the Prosecutor’s Office in his speech.

The East Jakarta District Attorney’s Office has lost a dedicated leader, but your spirit and example will continue to be remembered.
