KAB.CIREBON-ASWINNEWS.COM- The Military District Command (Kodim) 0620/Kabupaten Cirebon, led by Lieutenant Colonel Inf Wawan Iswanto, S. Sos,.( Acting Dandim 0620/Kab Cirebon) attended the event to destroy narcotics evidence and other evidence organized by the Cirebon Regency District Attorney’s Office. This event aims to emphasize the commitment to eradicating drugs and supporting the government’s efforts to create an environment free from drug abuse.
The activity was carried out in the yard of the Cirebon Regency District Attorney’s Office on Thursday, February 27, 2025. The evidence destroyed consisted of narcotics and other evidence related to other criminal acts. The destruction was carried out in a safe and controlled manner, witnessed by various related agencies, such as the Cirebon Police, the Cirebon Regency BNN, and representatives from the local government.
Lieutenant Colonel of Infantry Lt. Col. Inf. Wawan Iswanto, S. Sos,. (Pgs. Dandim 0620/Kab Cirebon) on that occasion expressed his appreciation for the Cirebon Regency District Attorney’s Office for holding this event. He also emphasized the importance of synergy between the TNI, Polri, the Prosecutor’s Office, and all elements of society in combating the increasingly rampant circulation of narcotics.
“The destruction of this evidence is a real step in our joint efforts to combat drug trafficking in the Cirebon Regency area. We from the TNI are ready to fully support every effort to eradicate drugs and support activities that can create safe and comfortable conditions for the community,” said Dandim 0620/Kab Cirebon.
This destruction activity also symbolizes the strength of collaboration between institutions in overcoming narcotics problems in Indonesia, and shows that law enforcement officers continue to work hard to create security for the community.
The event ended with the signing of the destruction report by all parties present, as a form of joint commitment in efforts to eradicate narcotics and other crimes in Cirebon Regency.
