The #KaburAjaDulu Movement and the potential for brain drain are serious problems that need to be addressed immediately. Otherwise, Indonesia will lose great potential for development. Joint efforts are needed from various parties to create better conditions in Indonesia, so that young people no longer have the desire to leave this country.

There are several factors that led to the emergence of this movement, including:
1. Disappointment with conditions in Indonesia Many young people are dissatisfied with conditions in Indonesia, such as the difficulty of finding decent work, social injustice, corruption, and the lack of adequate public facilities.
2. The desire to get a better life Many young people believe that they have a better chance of success abroad, where they can get a better education, better jobs, and a better quality of life.
