KALTIM-ASWINNEWS.COM- The development of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) continues to show significant progress. The latest news states that around 2,200 workers have been re-involved in the development project in IKN.
Head of IKN Authority Basuki Hadimuljono emphasized this, after the Nusantara International Partners Visit (NIPV) 2025 event, at IKN, Friday (2/14/2025).
According to Basuki, Acting Deputy for Facilities and Infrastructure of the IKN Authority Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga has checked that there are 2,200 construction workers for the housing project in IKN who are working.
Previously, there was a misunderstanding regarding the budget, but with the restructuring, the problem has been resolved and the construction workers can return to work.
“Yesterday there was indeed a misunderstanding. But with the budget restructuring, it has returned again. So there are two budgets for the development of the IKN. One in the Ministry of PU, one in OIKN,” he explained.
