JOMBANG-ASWINNEWS.COM- In an effort to maintain security and order in East Java, the East Java Police together with various pencak silat schools have signed a joint agreement, which confirms the commitment to create a conducive atmosphere throughout the region.
The Padepokan Lingpasraga Pagar Nusa Megaluh Jombang also expressed its full support for this agreement.
According to Kang Yanto, the mentor of the Padepokan Lingpasraga, this agreement aims to maintain the good name of the pencak silat organization and ensure that every activity is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
“We fully support the instructions from the East Java Regional Police to realize Jogo Jawa Timur, namely to create security and order together,” said Kang Yanto, to aswinnews.com Jombang Bureau, Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Kang Yanto emphasized that the Lingpasraga Padepokan will comply with this agreement and invite all its members to participate in maintaining security in Jombang and its surroundings.
“This agreement is not only about regulations, but about our responsibility as part of society. Pencak silat must be a symbol of brotherhood, not hostility,” he concluded.
With this commitment, it is hoped that all pencak silat schools in East Java, including the Lingpasraga Padepokan Pagar Nusa Megaluh, can be more solid in maintaining security and strengthening relations between pencak silat organizations.
