TERNATE, MALUT-ASWINNEWS.COM-Four students from SMA IT Albina Ternate City represented North Maluku in the National English Olympiad (Islamic Youth Festival).
Yuni Kumaira S. Bian, M. Azhar Putra Rusli, Abdul Hafiz Maulana Nasir, and Kiamul Akbar Ikmal. The four students from SMA IT Albina Ternate City have qualified to participate in the National Islamic Youth Festival Olympiad in Jakarta.

According to him, the implementation of this activity yesterday at the end of January, the Islamic Youth Festival Olympiad was carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia. We happened to include 4 students and four students passed and represented North Maluku Province at the National level.
Sarni continued, this activity was carried out via zoom, the implementation of this activity for three days. For the participants of the Integrated Islamic High School in North Maluku, only SMA IT Albina Kota Ternate participated.
According to him, this is the first time we have passed the national English Olympiad, previously in 2023 we represented North Maluku in the Arabic Olympiad, and this year we participated in the English Olympiad.
“By looking at the desires, talents and interests of our students, we want to collaborate with Khairun University, especially the English Literature Study Program, to need support from lecturers who are willing to mentor SMA IT Albina students, because this is one of the additional superior programs,” he explained.
With the support of the parents of students, God willing, we can leave. For the departure on February 14, the implementation of the activity starts from February 14 to 16.
Sarni continued, as a private school we want to show the public that we can educate children to excel.
“As an Islamic school, we shape the personality of children and educate and form critical thinking of students. In addition, this IT Albina school has a school leader’s school, which forms the leadership spirit of students. In essence, courage, self-confidence and a sense of responsibility,” he concluded.
“Hopefully there is support and assistance from the provincial government. We will write to the education office and the provincial DPRD to submit a request for assistance in participating in the national Islamic Youth Festival Olympiad in Jakarta,” he concluded.
