RA, MI, and MTs Al Azhar Azzayni, located in Pacet, Cianjur, West Java, successfully organized a workshop titled “Knowledgeable Teachers, Quality Education” on Saturday, January 25, 2025.
The event was held with great enthusiasm at the Al Azhar Azzayni campus in Pacet, Cianjur, and was attended by supervisors for RA, MI, and MTs, along with the principals and teachers from each institution.
The workshop featured two experienced speakers, Dr. H. Aguslani Mushlih, M.Ag., and Dr. H. Munif, M.Pd., who delivered inspirational and practical sessions aimed at improving the quality of teaching.
In his presentation, Dr. H. Aguslani emphasized the importance of teachers continuously expanding their knowledge and adapting to the times.
“Teachers are not just educators but also builders of students’ character. A knowledgeable teacher is the cornerstone of quality education,” he remarked.
Meanwhile, Dr. H. Munif, M.Pd., shared strategies for creative teaching that align with students’ needs in the modern era. He also highlighted the significance of holistic evaluation to ensure effective teaching that focuses on enhancing students’ competencies.
The workshop aimed to inspire teachers to create innovative, meaningful, and character-based learning processes.
It also served as a platform for collaboration between supervisors, school principals, and teachers to support educational progress.
Participants showed enthusiasm throughout the sessions and committed to applying the knowledge gained to their respective schools.
With this initiative, RA, MI, and MTs Al Azhar Azzayni aspire to continue producing outstanding, character-driven, and highly competitive future generations.
