Sumedang – aswinnews.com – Despite facing the significant challenge of a shortage of teaching staff, Evip Sopia, Principal of SD Ciluluk I, never gives up. Her commitment to ensuring high-quality education for students drives her to work tirelessly, even with limited resources.
“We don’t give up. I am doing my best to find the right teachers to ensure the children don’t fall behind in their learning,” Evip passionately stated during an interview in her office on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
She explained that this daunting task began when she took on the responsibility of leading the school in 2024.
“The challenges were immediate, as the number of available teachers was very limited,” she shared.
To address this issue, Evip recruited 10 honorary teachers. With a well-thought-out strategy, an ideal teaching team was formed to ensure comfort and effectiveness in the learning process.
Through this approach, 100% of the students attended school on the first day.
According to Evip, student enthusiasm continues to grow, evidenced by remarkable achievements in vocal arts, earning awards at the district level.
“We enforce discipline in an educational and constructive manner. Additionally, we formed an Anti-Bullying Team to ensure every student feels safe and respected, while monitoring their progress through journals,” Evip revealed.
“We focus on character building and quality education. Children are the future of the nation, and we will continue to fight for them,” Evip concluded during her conversation with aswinnews.com.
