Satgas Yonif 762/VYS Attends Joint Christmas Celebration and 2024-2025 New Year Transition Event
Maybrat-aswinnews.com – The Border Security Task Force (Satgas Pamtas) RI-PNG of Papua Barat Daya, Yonif 762/VYS, through its Kumurkek and Ainod Posts, participated in the joint Christmas celebration and 2024-2025 New Year transition event together with TNI-Polri personnel, civil servants (ASN), and the local community in Maybrat Regency.
The event was held at Samusiret Hall, Aifat District, Maybrat Regency, Papua Barat Daya, on Tuesday (07/01/2025).
Organized by the Maybrat Regency Government, the event was also attended by the Acting Regional Secretary (Pj. Sekda) of Maybrat and several Heads of Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in the region.
The theme of the joint Christmas and New Year celebration was “Let us now go to Bethlehem.”
The Christmas service was led by Pastor Karolina M. Lulu. Through this celebration, it is hoped that the event will strengthen the sense of togetherness among TNI-Polri personnel, civil servants, and the community in Maybrat Regency. This religious moment aims to maintain and nurture harmonious relationships.
