Surabaya, aswinnews.com – On Friday, January 3, 2025, the International Journalists Association (ASWIN) officially partnered with PT Quantum HRM International to enhance human resources (HR) quality in the field of journalism. The signing of the partnership agreement took place at the Quantum HRM International Headquarters in Surabaya.
The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Pribadiono, Ir., M.S., CEO of PT Quantum HRM International, accompanied by Hardika Prayudi Setyawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., MM (Quantum Director), along with Irno Budi Kiswoyo, SE., MH (Chairman of ASWIN) and Ida Nurmahwati (ASWIN Deputy General Treasurer).
This partnership aims to develop competency-based HR in journalism with both national and international recognition. Prof. Pribadiono emphasized the importance of a gradual and sustainable approach to creating a globally competitive generation.
Meanwhile, Irno Budi Kiswoyo stated that ASWIN’s vision and mission are aligned with the demands of the times, which require internationally standardized workforce skills. “ASWIN is fully committed to realizing the well-being of the community, especially in the journalism sector,” he affirmed.
