The Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) of Cirebon City held a solemn ceremony to commemorate the 79th Hari Amal Bakti (HAB) on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the MAN 1 Cirebon courtyard.

The event was attended by the entire Kemenag staff, the extended Ministry family, civil society representatives, military and police officials, as well as Drs. Agus Mulyadi, Acting Mayor of Cirebon City, who served as the ceremony’s leader.

In his speech, Drs. Agus Mulyadi highlighted that online gambling poses a serious moral and social threat.

He urged the Kemenag staff to lead by example in combating this practice.

The Acting Mayor also called on all societal elements to unite and strengthen solidarity to achieve the grand vision of Indonesia Emas 2045.

“Kemenag is expected to consistently demonstrate its commitment as an institution capable of upholding harmony and integrity among communities,” stated the Acting Mayor.

The 79th Hari Amal Bakti serves as a significant moment for all members of Kemenag Cirebon City to reaffirm their commitment to:

*Enhancing the quality of public services.
*Eradicating all forms of immorality.
*Maintaining interfaith harmony.
